This weekend had a rocky beginning. I started out sick and when my family went shopping I spent most of the time sleeping in the car. Sunday was a bit better! Made progress on the boat with Elizabeth and Nhat Thi. Afterwards, I went to my cousin’s house and got to see my cousin’s baby; he’s so cute! There was also a lot of yummy food, but sadly I couldnt taste much. It feels so nice not having school on Monday, even though I’m going to be dead tomorrow. But today was a wonderful day. Good thing I was feeling better today, because I had a fun time celebrating Elizabeth’s birthday at Farrell’s. WOOOO 2 pounds of GARLIC FRIES with LIZA (: ahaha and my hello kitty ballon bracelet. okay, i should probably do homework now…

So it’s been brought to my attention that lately people have been using my batman minion for their own purposes. I have no problem with that as long as they are not doing it for profit, but the minion I originally put out had not tag crediting me. I was so excited about the popularity of the minion that I didn’t really give it much thought, but I do want to receive the credit I deserve instead of people potentially claiming that it’s their design. So i’m reposting the batman minion with the appropriate tag.

GOSHDANGIT! Today got me SUPER mad, for all those people I took it out on I am sorry. Being middle class just sucks, there are no benefits what so ever. Seriously, my parents work hard to provide for me and my siblings. They file their taxes and what not correctly, they work long hours and do everything possible to give us the best. WHAT DO WE GET IN RETURN?! We have to pay $87 for EACH AP tests! At first I had no problem with people who get free/reduce lunch paying only $57 for each of their tests. But then it kind of irked me when only free/reduced lunch people qualify for the Doyle fund for AP testing. Nothing against them, but what about the people who have to pay $87 a test and we are taking about 6 test here! thats a WHOPPING $522! NOW the state of California redid their budget and decides to help pay for AP testing too! When I first I heard that the tests would only be $5 now I got super psyched. But then that was too good to be true because its the $5 a test only goes for people with free/reduced lunch. THANKS….so we thought maybe now that the Doyle fund should have more money they can help the people that pay full price but NOOOOO. FREAKING MIDDLE CLASS DOESNT GET SHIT. excuse my language im just furious. This whole system sucks. Just listening to people talking about how much their dorming and tuition price alone gets me mad because my tuition for college alone is double their dorming and tuition together. To make it worse there arent a lot of scholarship I can apply for because financial need is a requirement. Dont they understand that I need to pay for college too? I mean, my parents are already paying for my brothers college education and now mine. Then in 5 years they have to worry about my sisters college education. Now I am not hating on all the people who get financial aid, because I know there are people who seriously need it. I’m just frustrated by the people who cheat and abuse the system by lying. Well thats my rant for now, there isnt much I can do but contribute to society…or move to Canada LOL.
